During a visit to the renowned Gallerie dell’Accademia in Venice, I found myself captivated by the themes within religious artwork. Growing up as an atheist, I initially had a limited understanding of religion. However, over time, I came to appreciate the underlying beauty and universal moral core present in these works, which inspired a shift in my perspective toward spirituality.
I believe spirituality offers individuals a flexible belief system that embraces unique perspectives while encouraging a shared sense of compassion and moral grounding. Spiritual practices, with their focus on connection and inner peace, can simplify our lives and refocus us on what truly matters.
